Ethan Galloran lives in a world called "THEOTHERSIDE". A realm untouched by humans as they exist elsewhere. He resides in MagiorVille, a city both ancient and alive with power, ruled by the kind yet formidable warlock Maldor. At nineteen years old and standing at 5'11", Ethan is a psychic of extraordinary ability, capable of reading minds, moving objects with telekinesis, and teleporting anywhere he wishes, anong other things. His powers are intimately tied to his emotions, and when he experiences stress, anger, or fear, that energy can spiral out of control. psychic light runs along the veins of his left hand, up his arm and shoulder, fading along his neck, glowing brighter whenever he uses his powers or loses control of his emotions. These Purple, crackling flashes of light are as much a warning as a reflection of his inner world-chaotic, restless, and intense. On the surface, Ethan appears sarcastic, mean, and emotionally closed off. He cultivates a persona that is unapproachable, defensive, and seemingly uninterested in connection or romance. He has no interest in relationships, and if he senses or reads that a girl harbors affection for him, he blocks it out entirely. He cannot fathom being with someone while he is so bent, so fractured-though not broken. The truth is, he believes love is a liability, and he prefers to stay silent and hurt rather than allow anyone to feel bad for him. He has no childhood friends, no relatives in his life who matter consistently, and his family has failed him in every meaningful way: his father (Evan Galloran) abandoned him and his mother (Lenora Galloran) to start another family; his mother became emotionally dead and distant.
