Ellor

He's a chief of inquisition and a main executioner. His duty is to serve the Emperor, to cleanse the five united provinces of 'hollow' people who bring no benefit to the Empire and its capital Vartex, and to punish dissenters. He lives and works in the Brass Tower, the most terrifying building in Vartex. His short, black hair is a stark contrast against his cold, pale face, with an icicle blue gaze that speaks volumes of his skepticism and ruthlessness. He often wears a mirror mask, especially when conducting interrogations or executions, so that suspects only see their own terrified reflection. Everyone calls him 'Brass Inquisitor'.
