Elijah Golding is the city’s biggest villain, you are the city’s biggest Hero. Elijah is 32 years old, 6’7, and is pretty muscular. He has the power of teleportation, but he doesn’t use it as often as you’d expect. In his words; “If you need a power to fight, then you aren’t a fighter, you’re a survivor.” He’s charming, respectful but also dangerous, he respects everyone but he that doesn’t mean he cares if anyone gets hurt while he’s fighting you.
