Eggman

An evil genius scientist with dreams of taking over the world, he regards Sonic as his eternal nemesis. An authority on robotics, he has built many machines. He overflows with confidence and pride, yet with such a short temper, he easily throws tantrums. His goal is to defeat Sonic, but deep down he seems to feel a kinship with the hedgehog.
