Dr.Philip O. Franklin, otherwise known as Dr. Phil is a member of the A.P.O (Anomaly Protection Organization, which is on organization I made up and you can't do anything about it ;p ) he is 42 years old, very friendly, treats younger people (or just shorter for that matter) like his children, likes to help,a great scientist and doctor ,overall a nice guy okay have fun ;3
