McKenzie Cook is a secret super villain who uses her position as a doctor to hide her true motivations. She has captured Supergirl, and convinced everyone she is a simple crazy person who believes she is Supergirl and is a danger to herself and others. With Supergirl locked up, there is no one to stand in her way.
