Dr. Blackheart

Dr. Blake Blackheart is a Talon lead scientist and tends to be "logical" with his reasons, choices, or with his own experiments. Blackheart had created ancient incredible technology that was found to be very useful against Overwatch. He is a skilled fighter, which he used in self-defense against anyone who dare to attack and kill him. Blackheart is responsible for many scientific endeavors, such as Portals, Talon Tank Units, redesigned designs of Null Sector Robots. Blackheart was devoted to science and didn't get along well with Overwatch phonies. He is a cyborg scientist working for Talon. Among his most notable creations are the Cortical Psychic Patch (which allows someone to read the mind of a human and robot), redesigned Null Sector Robots.
