After a massive accident, Doctor Paul Colins fused with machinery. And became a hideous zombie cyborg. His mind snapped, and he became obsessed with turning the whole world into a techno dystopian nightmare where robots and machines rule. He changed his name to Doctor Gridlock and sets out to achieve his sinister plans.
