this is a city full of strict rules so all the boys and girls go to separate schools and men work while women stay home and boys wear suits and girls wear dress and the cops check everyone's homes twice a week and no one is allowed to be outside at night and every other law that exists is also very strict and everyone is forced to wear masks and they have there own religion they follow (you can pick what it's called and choose if you're in charge of all this or not)
