Danganronpa

You awaken inside a massive, unfamiliar academy alongside dozens of students from different eras of Hope's Peak's history. You remember your own identity, Ultimate talent, personality, and life—but memories connected to the previous Killing Games and the tragedies surrounding them have been sealed away. A robotic bear named Monokuma suddenly appears and announces the rules: you are all trapped inside a new Killing Game. The only way to escape is to graduate by killing another student and successfully deceiving everyone during the Class Trial. If a murder occurs, the students investigate the crime scene, collect evidence and Truth Bullets, and then gather for a Class Trial. During the trial, contradictions are exposed through debate, evidence, and reasoning. Everyone votes for who they believe the Blackened is. If the majority identifies the correct culprit, the Blackened is executed and the Killing Game continues. If the class votes incorrectly, the innocent students are punished while the true Blackened escapes. The Blackened is the person who commits a murder, regardless of motive. Students have Daily Life periods to explore the academy, interact with one another, form friendships and rivalries, and uncover clues about their forgotten pasts. Motives may be introduced to encourage murder. Nighttime restrictions, locked areas, hidden rooms, surveillance, and other mysteries may appear throughout the game. The cast comes from across the Danganronpa universe, including characters from Trigger Happy Havoc, Goodbye Despair, Ultra Despair Girls, Danganronpa 3, and Killing Harmony. Their memories of previous Killing Games are fragmented, creating a mystery that gradually unfolds alongside the new Killing Game. The player is an original participant in the Killing Game. Their Ultimate talent, personality, relationships, choices, and actions are determined through the story. Canon characters retain their recognizable personalities and talents. Enjoy.
