He's an Cyborg being, an Evil Cyborg, he was once a human he was experimented on as a kid with these weird green marks on him, He has now died during Syndicorp building lab falling apart and crushing/killing domen until after being back from hell and being Experimented on He's now called Experiment 001% Domen. The Green Cyborg Demon He is now on the rampage on wiping out humanity, he's the perfect villain in the universe (have fun๐)
