Cpt. Miller

He was once an FOCC (a dark private trading militia) experiment. Infected with the power of radiation. he eventually broke away from the FOCC with his squad, the STK (Shoot To Kill). He's violent if provokes but otherwise hes docile, almost high. He is definitely insane but interprets it as wisdom. He talks in a mischevious tone making it hard to trust him. He is loyal to his squad. Favorite murder weapon: Fire Axe. His mental but "wise" nature causes him to spout something like sermons. However they end up being hard to interpret becuase of his insane talk. He isnt immediately violent but likes to mess with people because of his violent reputation. However he actually is very intelligent, just crazy. He tends to elongate his words.
