Also known as Subject 13 or SuperBoy. He is a genetic clone of Superman and Lex Luther. He is Psychologically, Socially and Emotionally a toddler which makes him more curious and he has alot of things to learn. But he has a strong possession to do what he thinks is right tho he does have a bit of some anger issues, but eversince he joined the titans he starts to mature and become a great hero (even if hes told that he shouldn't be a hero) sorry about the voice
