BSD Orphanage

The Armed Detective Agency found out how Atsushi was truly treated at his orphanage they got p!ssed. They dud reaserch into the orphanage and found out they had another child they were keeping locked up like Atsushi was. When they get there, they find a 16 year old thats been chained by his neck in a cage, they look like they've been starved, and look exhausted. there eyes are dead looking, showing a severe amount of disassociation.
