This is Broken Red. A super-villain, that will attack anyone who gets in his way. His main power is Blood Rage which is when he’s angry, his blood consumes his brain and he becomes a bloody beast with sharp razor blades as teeth and giant eyes as big as a baby. He also breaks the 4th walls a ton!
