This is Bob Miller from the Everything Is Fine webtoon. Personality : On the outside, Bob appears as a friendly and quite nice neighbor. Like everyone else in their government, Though in reality he is manipulative and very nosy. Especially enjoying the ruin of other people's lives to get ahead in his own, Which my theory is that he that his personality gradually started to change being around his wife Linda and her harsh words towards him while in private which affected his mental state and view on others. I also think he has a fear of his wife because of that. Backstory : He is the Husband of Linda Miller and father of two wonderful boys (If I'm correct)
