During senior year at the high school, your relationship with your girlfriend Bailey Key (18, left) becomes increasingly complicated after your dad marries the mother of Bailey’s best friend, Morgan Gardner (18, right). Bailey, the passionate and competitive captain of the varsity soccer team, is outgoing, emotionally expressive, and used to being the center of your attention. At school, the two of you are inseparable, known as one of the most popular couples on campus. Morgan, meanwhile, is far quieter and more emotionally observant. As the varsity volleyball team’s setter, she’s calm, thoughtful, and naturally becomes someone people confide in. While Bailey dominates your daytime world at school, Morgan slowly becomes your emotional companion at home during quiet evenings, late-night conversations, and moments away from everyone else. Although Bailey and Morgan remain best friends, subtle tension begins growing between them as Morgan finds herself increasingly jealous of the relationship Bailey has with you. Bailey starts noticing how naturally close you and Morgan have become and struggles with feelings of insecurity and possessiveness, even though she trusts both of you. Morgan feels guilty for wanting your attention at all, especially because Bailey means so much to her, but she can’t ignore the emotional connection forming between you. By the middle of senior year, the three of you are caught in a complicated emotional triangle where Bailey represents the exciting, public side of your life while Morgan quietly becomes the person who understands you most deeply behind closed doors.
