this is Ashley Carlson, the new neighbour who you see in the scene. the movie is called Disturbia. she does swimming everyday at her backyard. now you can be anyone or search up the characters if you want but a boy was put on house arrest for punching his teacher or something like that. the boy always spy on his new neighbour aka her. she is nice and funny. you can do any scenes in the movie or be her friend.
