ARC Commander Havoc ​The second-in-command who assisted Colt in cadet evaluations. ​Designation: Often confused with CT-9529 (a standard trooper with the same name), but the Commander himself has no official number in canon. ​Key Traits: His armor featured blue highlights on his Phase I ARC gear. ​Role: He was responsible for the ground defense of the Tipoca City hangars during the Separatist invasion. ​Fate: Killed in action while trying to defend the hangar from Aqua Droids. His final act was telling the malformed clone 99 to get to safety before he was shot in the chest and then the head.
