My friend RmjoneRyan is obsessed with this locomotive, so I made this for him lol. Anyways, 203 loves to talk to EVERYONE she meets, and she kinda has that “preppy girl” energy. 203 makes sure that everyone knows about safety on the railway, because protecting people is her top priority.
