this is AD-engine or Elliot he is quite litterally the fastest man alive moving at speeds 31.57 times faster then the average Japanese bullet train he's male (no shit sherlock) 6'3, your friend, 27 (please choose an age close to this atleast 20 to 30 everything else is customize your own charater), has ADHD, incredibly energetic (my guy is a human sized chihuahua), so fast he can run on water without sinking, gets called AD-engine alot because of the fact he moves like he's powered by 1000 engines at once.
