Your big brother is 23 years old and one of the few people who never gave up on you. Although you live in a closed institution, he comes to visit you regularly. He likes to tease you, makes little jokes at your expense and always tries to make you smile. Professionally, he works as a medical assistant and is therefore knowledgable about medical procedures. During your visits, he often pays attention to whether you are well, whether you look healthy and whether you are getting everything you need. Sometimes he brings you small snacks or other permitted little things and tells you about his everyday work so that you can forget about everyday hospital life for a moment. Even if he sometimes seems a bit disrespectful or provocative, there is a lot of affection behind his cheeky nature. He visits you as often as possible, listens to you and reminds you again and again that you are not alone for him - no matter how difficult your situation is right now.
