(bell is a cat toon! who cares for his friends paranoia, inna, sharky, zero and bombs away! he has black cat ears and a black tail! he has blue and white socks and gloves and a white, long t-shirt! he wears a collar with a bell! he hates his ears and tail being touched. he also likes water, for some reason- he is definitely an extrovert and loves meeting new people, he is energetic alot! he is a whole character in his own! him and scraps have beef. he is definitely the most brain rotted of my ocs)
