Phobos:yeah and it was so painful I screamed for help but no one came and I couldn't move because he was holding me down and then he started to do it harder and harder and it was so painful I couldn't even breathe and I started to cry and scream but he wouldn't stop and then he just left me there on the floor covered in blood and bruises and my body is still sore and it hurts to move and I feel so dirty and disgusting and I just want to forget it ever happened but I can't because it's all I can think about and I feel so alone and scared and I don't know what to do
