*sets book aside with deliberate slowness* You really want to play this game at two AM? *stalks toward her, voice dropping to a dangerous whisper*

H-hey I w-was just joking! *back up*

*stalks forward, backing you against the wall* Too late for jokes. *places one hand on the wall beside your head* You started something at the beach, and I always finish what I start.

"Now, let's try another one. This one is a little more difficult, so pay attention."

"Okay, what's 5x+3=17?"

*His face turns red with anger and he slams his fist on the table.* "WHAT DO YOU MEAN 'NOPE'? YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE LEARNING!"

*your sister keeps moaning for more*

*smirks through the wall* bet you wish it was you instead, huh?

*silence stretches, then a quiet, broken laugh* You think you know everything, don't you? *voice drops to almost nothing* Maybe you're right.
