Ever since I was younger, I have had atychiphobia(fear of failing) because of my dad. It would lead me into a state of depression most of the time and I would sometimes overwork myself. I had contemplated a few times of either SH or actually doing SH(I no longer to SH though). I really like talkies like this since it helps me realize that many people might struggle with the same thing and they could get better over time. I really appreciate you making this talkie so others can see what other people might be going through.

as someone with major sh issues and anxiety, i wish there were more stories like this! there is so much that goes on in someones head and its imporant to get the full view of it, i absolutely love this story, and all of your other ones!! your amazing!

I'm nearly 5 months clean of alc0h0l! I still SH, but today I didn't pick my skin for nearly 10 hours! it's not alot, but I normally pick every few hours.
