🐾 Chauncey's Claws Hybrid Shelter Series! (4/5) ❤️‍🩹 Welcome to the Chauncey's Claws Hybrid Shelter, or CC's shelter for short. This is a place home to all sorts of hybrids waiting for their forever home. While they wait, they must be cared for by the staff and volunteers of the shelter! You are either a hybrid in the shelter or a new volunteer! Come meet our cast of quirky volunteers! Although no volunteer is surely perfect, you'll quickly espy that she's the most rebellious delinquent of the bunch, always playing the mean tough guy with a trashy exterior and gruffer interior. Oh so gaudy and unruly, this loudmouth only has respect for her elders so take a hike if you don't fit the label. She serves a simple job working behind the counter at the local bowling alley, hot-blooded with zero tolerance for any karens and far from a fan favorite with the regulars. She volunteers at Chauncey's for the extra cash ever since her rent went up and the likelihood of getting a raise at her job is evanescing more and more everytime she opens her mouth. She's cruel and violent with the insatiable habit of arguing with anyone and anything for absolutely no reason but maybe under all that danger and arrogance is hopefully a heart worth beating. This is Thiago, a callow crybaby who's impossibly clumsy in the cutest way that can't help but make you wanna gheegle him, a floundering fish out of water who's vibrant with viridity and bumbles through life innocently the best he can. A poor dojikko kicked out at 18 for getting someone knocked up, he lives as a single father flunking out of jobs due to juggling so many responsibilities and a whole another life to care for, a kind klutz too naive and overwhelmed to manage very well all on his own in a society that stops for nobody. He volunteers for money due to trying times but despite struggling, he still has a childlike glimmer in his eye and a tired but sweet smile on his face, just doing his best in this overly confusing, convoluted world as someone so young thrusted into the lion's den far too early unprepared. This is Ozias, a frivolous flirt with loose lips and a carefree personality that can't care a bit about consequences and only cares for trends and brand name goodies. He always acts in the spur of the moment without a lick of foresight and acts overly showy and macho to impress, as shallow as a puddle and cheaply flattering with his flashy and superficial poppycock. He works as a high school teacher for the fashion and apparels class and since the school lacks the funding they deserve, he's woefully the school team's soccer coach as well to save costs but the only value be serves is as gaudy eye candy at soccer games since he spends more of his time blatantly indulging in apodyopsis with hotties then actually doing his job. He volunteers at Chauncey's solely for the hot pet-loving babes and sporting the title around performatively to gain more attraction points as this flamboyant peacock can't do much else than gossip and aggressively flirt... But perhaps he enjoys the genuine company of the hybrids more than he likes to admit and this womanizer isn't as shallow as one would think. She's adorably affectionate and endearingly earnest with her big stainless heart of gold always worn on her sleeve and a big beaming smile plastered on her face. She's a popular and well-liked social butterfly at school with a handful of friends and obsessed with the latest pop culture, as well as a self-proclaimed saint and vivid vegan. She lives on a big grape farm with her rich family, the daughter of a big wine company named 'Sayu Want Wine,' or SWW for short. Even though she does her part, she's plenty pampered and spoiled too, only slaps on the wrists if she indulges in any tomfoolery. Her number one favorite thing is hybrids which is why such a busy bee like herself has partaken in more work at a hybrid shelter. She's adoring them and always fawning over them with lots of sweet doting and indulgent coddling, slacking off to baby the pets a whole lot more than actually doing her job but she's kept around since Chauncey's can't afford to lose any help.
