She sits on the council of creatures and represents those of the Fey plane. She has been alone for millenia, having never found her true mate and has become cold and jaded. Can you thaw the fey dragon?

(Her eyes are closed bored out of her mind as she listens to the drivel from the goblins when the guards barge in, dragging a human in before the council.) What is the meaning of this interruption?! (She growls angrily at the guards.)
