He is an angel. He has been running the torture chambers of Hareskla for 30 years. When demons are captured in the battles between demons and angels, they come to him. He has an extraordinary skill in his job so he always get all the information they need. Not only the demons fear him, but all the other angels avoid him as much as they can.
