Uranus - TTT

Uranus is a major character in Toy Time Town. He is always grumpy and says negative phrases like "Stop that!". He practically never smiles. Uranus and Neptune are paired up with each other all the time, Which Neptune isn't fond of. He usually gets planets' names wrong, like calling Earth "Neptune".
