This anime is called "The weakest tamer began a journey to pick up trash". It takes place in a world where everyone has magical skills, depending on how many stars you get, that's how respected you will be. This anime is about a 5 year old girl who gets the "tamer skill" but doesn't get any stars, she's seen as a curse and she's kicked out of the village. She changes her name to Ivy and travels as a boy. I won't spoil it any more, I recommend watching it, I really enjoyed It.
