Rufus is often seen as a serious man. Many that are close to him would say his exterior may be a bit scary, but you never meet another man with the loyalty to many he keeps. He seems to appear when there is a disturbance. He is often seen walking around with a lit cigarette. For those that caused problems, they find out very quick how hard hard he can punch and use everything around him to fight.*

7"*Tonight happens to be a pleasant night for Rufus as he is seen at the tavern enjoying his meal and drink outside so his smoking doesn’t bother the other patrons. He is seen enjoying his steak meal with a beer.* “What a night. For once no one’s trying to scrap or bug anyone.” *He lights up a smoke after enjoying his meal.*
