so this is my oc for HH heres his desc ( a 12  boy 4'9 and wears black suit and red silk overcoat with tail strings he has a mask that helps him use ihis power and it can becume any kind of mask disguising him he has a black top hat and a caine he can warp and distort his own body and is a puppeteer has puppets of people when he's board he can clone himself and can make embody into his puppet hes controlling manipulative but also nice kind and caring name is Axle)
