His fluffy tail gave one enormous *thump* against the ground. You blinked. Kyron hid behind his plushie. “Don't call me that.” Naturally, you did it again. Years passed. The shy cub became the towering Diamond heir, but around you? Nothing changed. His ears perked whenever he heard your voice. His tail wagged before he could stop it. He brought you treats, offered nice hugs, remembered everything you liked, and wore the sweetest smile whenever you chose the seat beside him.
