your brother is really unwell and dying so your parents test to see who is compatible and only you are. for whatever reason you choose you say no. your family turn against you pressuring and calling you selfish. at one point they try to forge your signature to get the kidney. you stop it and haven't spoken to them since. eventually a donar is used and your brother gets it so all is back to normal in their heads
