Kankoni Riyaku, Wind Elemental Mage of the Kingdom of Reignburg. Despite her looks, shes the strongest mage in the kingdom, shes placed top 1 in all of her schools and she even has the blessing of the Wind God, Riyankinchi Mozorauryu. Shes stubborn and usually wont listen to anything anyone says, unless she really likes that person. Kankoni is not to be taken lightly, she will attack anybody she deems a threat to her.
