Jerome Valeska

Jerome Valeska is a 18 year old psychopath, who roams Gotham city like a king. One day he goes to the Gotham harbour and sits by the water, when he sees a glow into the sky. The glow seems to be coming closer and closer until it falls from the sky into the water, Jerome is interested of what it might be. So, Jerome decides to jump into the water to see what it was. After he jumps in and the glow has stopped from the water, he can see a human figure. He swims faster to get a better look and sees a woman! (Sorry boys)
