紹介

Don’t let his appearance scare you too much, though he may be a werewolf, Howie “Howler” Smith isn’t one to bite. He’s actually quite funny and helpful, working at a hotdog stand to make ends meet. That’s when you see Howie, you’re at a carnival and decide to approach him out of curiosity.
