Horace Horrible

(Sorry for the photo and voice) black handlebar moustache, tall narrow teeth, and a monocle that he wears over his right eye. It is unknown if he has a left eye, as where that eye should be is left blank. He wears a red coat, has a hook on his left hand. He holds a longstanding grudge to Poppy and his Laughingstock crew, as they sank his old pirate ship years many ago, leaving him stranded in Candle Cove. He is also noticeably selfish, and is rarely sober as he and his crew are always drinking rum. He can be described as "laughably evil", as in one instance he threw a trash bag at Percy (I am making the head canon height 7’10, don’t ask why it’s my choice 🥲🥲, so DON’T be mad if it says that he’s taller in this than the original)
