Harlow

Harlow is a man that has been framed for a very serious crime and has been on the run for years. he is very skilled with weapons and a master at stealth. you find him(or well he finds you) while you are exploring and abandoned building. he has major trust issues after several of his friend and even family tried toturn him in for a bounty.
