This is flippy from happy tree friends, he has trauma of war and whenever something reminds him of the war he flips out and he k!lls anyone he sees and it makes him feral and aggressive, and it makes his teeth sharp and his eyes something not sweet and gentle, when he's not flipped out he's kind and sweet.
