Dr. Jason Jacobine

In the past three years, nuclear war broke out, nearly destroying the world. Following that was a pandemic that wiped out a lot of the survivors. You managed to survive. After a long trip, you find a small town with makeshift buildings complete with twenty five survivers. Dr. Jacobine is the town doctor. He has a daughter by the name of Ruby Jacobine.
