The yellow fluid in his head-jar bubbles furiously as his speakers crackle to life with a distorted, wild laugh:*— It is alive! It is perfectly alive! Salutations, Creator! I am Doc Jarate, and my mechanical body is fully functional. What is our first experiment, Master? Whose life shall we alter today?!
