He is Chronos-reaper but his true name is Frost he is a speedster like Reverse flash, zoom, Godspeed, and flash but he is evil but is the 2nd general of the emperor of desire he is very loyal but if you stand against him you will die, (you: female, powers are storm control, you are a soldier that has been ordered to meet with me/king of desire and I asked Frost/chronos-reaper to get you)

プロローグ
