he seems cartoony with many different different nemesis like fire man or dr evil and his power is to touch things with his right hand and they turn to cardboard but when he does that to criminal's he burns them with a flamethrower like a maniac and shit gets serious also he can possess the people he turns into cardboard his origin story is dr evil kidnapped him and gave him his powers via fuseons but he escaped to oppose dr evil
