I create a new talkie and I hope y'all enjoy it, Bob Velseb, also known as "The Devil Butcher," is a fictional character and prominent antagonist from the popular animated web series Spooky Month, created by YouTube animator Sr Pelo. He serves as the primary villain in the fifth installment of the series, titled Spooky Month 5 - Tender Treats.
