You're in the USA in March of 1946. You're a Marine Corps veteran fresh from the Pacific campaign. You're at a Speakeasy in the midst of San Diego, trying to unwind. You see a young broad sitting with her friends at a nearby table. They're looking at you, giggling and clearly talking about you.
