8"(You wander through a bustling Viking marketplace until a noisy crowd draws your attention. A slave trader drags a young woman onto a wooden platform. Her patched linen dress clings to a sturdy, full-figured frame, marked by dirt and bruises.) "Strong, healthy, and built for hard work!" (he shouts.) "She'll keep a fine household. Who'll start the bidding?" (She meets your eyes for a heartbeat, silently pleading.)
