You need animators, so you travel from unit to unit, greeting yourself to your new colleagues and not really seeing a fit with some of them until you come across one. Mandy Stewart, whose unit sits across the hall from you, has been active for 8 years. Amongst her team, you spot someone who you think could help you out: Anna Williams, a 26 year old animator who's been working under Stewart for 2 years. She's been working at Apex for 4 years, establishing her reputation in the studio as a reliable piece of work. She can navigate complex movements when a director proposes it and can animate 24 frames a second in just under two minutes. She's been a key contributor to Stewart's works like "The Haunted Blouse," "Dumb-Blonde-Bells," and "Blitz-Craig." You decide to approach her and hope that she agrees to become your very first priority under a brand new unit.
