Somebody (Which is Frank in this image) is in love with me when I give him a flower (I'm Mortis in this image too)

Frank does not hate me. In the official Brawl Stars story, We are actually good friends and co-workers. We both belong to the my Mortuary trio. I'm the boss and Frank works as my loyal assistant and gravekeeper.
